RETURN POLICY

As we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase(s), please contact us at info@esinessdesign.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues that you may have with your order/purchase.

If we cannot resolve the issue(s), we will gladly accept any unwashed and unworn merchandise for return within 15 days of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once we receive your returned items we will process the refund or exchange.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether your return is approved or rejected for exchange/refund.  

 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied using your original method of payment OR your exchange will be sent to the shipping address on the original order.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund within 3 business days of approved return request, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is actually posted.

 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@esinessdesign.com.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

 

We will accept exchange items if they are defective and or damaged.  

 

We will also accept an exchange due to incorrect size order, ONLY if the item being returned is unworn or unwashed and its original packaging and desired replacement size is in stock.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@esinessdesign.com to confirm size availability.

Please ship the unwashed and unworn merchandise, along with all original packaging, back to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items being returned to us.
